- Launch of the company with my brother: Market research, competitor analysis, targeting, formalities
- Website development: We are using WordPress & Woocommerce. I created the website all by myself using themes & plugins
- Advertising management: Most of our sales are coming from Facebook Ads. We are spending between 10-25k€ each month. I am creating the ads, their content and I am also doing a daily analysis and optimisation
- Supplier negotiation: I’m in charge of the negotiation of the prices with our suppliers
- Accounting: I’m working close with our external accountant to provide all the data necessary for the annual accounts
- Customer service: My brother and I are managing both the customer service by email and live chat. We are aiming to reply within 24 hours to each request
